The most awarded, sustainable restaurant in the south west. A certified organic winery. Completely off the grid (yes, that means completely!) and sourcing produce not only off their property but from between the Capes. This is seriously sustainable.

The new website, wine labels that reflect the purity in the bottle, and kitchen and restaurant design are some of the projects I have been involved in.
